Facilities for temperature-controlled cargo
Reefer containers are kept plugged in on power, and we also operate a cold storage warehouse specialized for agricultural produce.

Heavy and long cargo handled with yard and equipment
Using a yard larger than the warehouse, a reach stacker and a 25-ton forklift, we handle heavy cargo, long (out-of-gauge) cargo and project cargo.

What we can do on site
Beyond storage, here is what else we do and the equipment and licenses that back it up, in four parts.
Storage is only the start. Building on receiving, storage and shipping, we handle inspection and sorting, repacking and labeling, repair of damaged areas, and light processing such as assembly and disassembly, all inside the warehouse. Pickup and delivery before and after the site is connected by CMK Line.

Container loading and unloading and heavy cargo transfers are done on site with our own equipment rather than outsourced. A reach stacker and a 25-ton forklift handle heavy and long (out-of-gauge) cargo, and 4.5-ton forklifts handle general cargo. A weighbridge and a plant quarantine inspection station are on the same site.

Since moving into the Free Trade Zone distripark in 2012, we have obtained the licenses and permits each type of cargo requires. Hazardous chemicals, imported food and imported plant quarantine are each stored within their licensed scope. At the inquiry stage, we first confirm which licenses apply to your cargo.

As a site inside the Free Trade Zone, we check the movement of people and cargo at all times. Fingerprint access control admits authorized personnel only, CCTV monitors the site, and fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems are in place.
